Box Arena Website Upgrade - Now with IRC Chat!

  We've been on a slump for awhile, but as the days get closer to the launch of SSFIV we're trying to get ready to usher in a wave of new and old players that will come with the release.

So to provide an outlet for the Local community, We've set-up and IRC Chat App on the webpage. We've always had a chatroom for San Diego, mostly known through word of mouth. But having it instantly ready though your web browser is definitely much more convenient.
